We only keep your name and email address for invoicing and communication purposes.

Information you share is stored securely and is only accessible to our team.
Reports and documents you provide are stored securely in our private cloud storage, accessible only by The Mind Field & NDIS Clear Path.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.

Data Retention

We retain your reports, assessments, and summaries for up to 12 months from the date of service completion, unless you request earlier deletion.
After this period, your documents are securely deleted from our systems.
You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

All information you share is treated as strictly confidential.
We will never discuss or share your details without your explicit permission.
